Ok, as of now, the original page has been wikiized and looks sane inside the wiki. I'm going to move on, but I left some notes that start with '(jdarby:' in a few places where information is lacking or links should be present -- I am sure I did not find all the spots, just a few. Ok, as of now, the original page has been wikiized and looks sane inside the wiki.
